We are excited to finally offer feedback for all tickets and posts. Once a request has been handled by the support team you will have a five star rating and a field to tell us any additional details.

You can provide your rating directly within the request as soon as it's been completed. 
Alternatively, an email link to the survey will be sent out within a couple of days of the request being completed.
