Receiving error when logging into the Yellowfin website via the partner portal

This article applies to the Yellowfin website and not your local instance of Yellowfin and only applies if you already have a login account.

If you are trying to login to the Yellowfin website and receiving one of the errors below, it means your Yellowfin user account needs to be fixed:

"You do not have access to this role"
"The data requested in inconsistent"
