Tick Boxes on folders during Admin Export/Import of Reports

When using the Admin Export feature to export reports, enable a tick box on each of the folder levels so that all of the reports in one folder or subfolder can be selected at one time.


This will save a tremendous amount of clicks when the "Add All" option isn't what is needed.

Hi Jess,

I like this idea! Thanks for submitting. We do have another Idea related to simplifying the import process, but I think this recommendation falls outside the scope of that, so I've submitted an additional enhancement request related to this functionality. I've also expanded this Idea to include this option on Import as well.

Any potential updates regarding this will be posted here.

Oh my gosh, it would be amazing to select at least the ones I don't want to import so that I can work through the questions of the ones I do want to import. It's pretty painful right now if you are trying to restore one or two items out of a large export. That would be very nice.

Hi Jess,

If you're only looking for one or two items, when you do a Custom Import, you can just search for the one or two items you need and drag and drop them to the export area:

Attached is the import screen available to me. Can you tell me which version the import screen you are showing was released in?

Hi Jess,

I believe the screenshot I've attached is similar to how the Import screen looks going back to 7.2. The screenshot you've sent appears to be from 7.1 or earlier. Can you please confirm the version/build in this particular case?
