LDAP and YellowFin login issue

Hi Team,
My user id registered at yellowfin login and was able to create/modify reports but now we had done LDAP configuration done at yellowfin server/site. My user id comes in that AD user's group. Now when i am trying to login it shows me error as "Unable to find a unique user for your given user id."
Please help me out to resolve this issue as same is facing by other users also who had registered at yellowfin and added in AD group.

Thanks for reaching out with the issue you're facing. As noted in our LDAP articles here in the Community, it's important to note that users who already exist will encounter this issue. To resolve this, you must convert these users to LDAP users. You can follow this guide to do so.
