Instagram schedule failure

Instagram reports fail to run, and manually refreshing the schedule shows the following error:
A JSONObject text must begin with '(' at 1 [character 2 line1]
The same problem 
This issue occurs when data is not being handled by the connector correctly.
In these cases, we need to identify the offending data and code around it.
If you face this issue, please look at any entered details such as tags, names and the data returned. Any funny characters etc...?
If further assistance is needed please raise a private ticket with support as we may need to test with your Instagram account.
