Dynamic parameter for Freehand SQL

When we create a View with FREE Hand SQL, we don't have an option to create dynamic parameter in the view builder step2.

I like this idea 
The calculated field builders are not available for Freehand SQL views, this is because a freehand SQL view is hitting the DB directly and will not include any features that are built into the drag and drop builder.
The assumption is that if you're creating a freehand SQL view, then you can you also right your query in a way to include the calculation within it.
