Default format for Broadcast

Currently there is not a way to adjust the default broadcast format in Yellowfin. I've taken the liberty of converting this ticket to an Idea on your behalf.

According to the developer task, this item will be reviewed when we redo the broadcast UI. Unfortunately , I don't have any specific information as to when this may be.

plus one for this, as well as default formats for each attachment eg xls, pdf, csv. Disappointing this is four years old and not actioned as a core feature of the product and its usability/benefits.

Hi Guys,

Good news - devs have found a way to implement this functionality, that is slated to be included in upcoming 9.10 release, likely sometime in December. I'll keep this open until then.
