Yellowfin App Connection Issue - Resolved (Could Close)

Hi Team,
Hope you are having a good day today,
One of our customer reported to us that they could not connect to their dashboard on YF App from Nov 14 2017.
The error is invalid address, but which is valid when you put it on the website.
Could you please advise us how to identify the issue related to this topic? Is it possible that Client service block the API required from Yellowfin App? Because we did not change any configuration on our dashboard, there mush be some configuration has been setup for web server.
Hope you could give us some insights into this issue.
