When I want to export a report, the log tips ' PDF V2 Exporter Not Supported '

When I clicked the export/print button in the dashboard embed, the panel didn't contain any format button:

/5f79da6add1b05b96cd7180e48f85239

and the log raised an error:

/2f2fcda41f4f44aaa7a8c81cbba529c8

So what can I do to export my dashboard or report as a pdf format?
