As it stands we currently have the "Views" listed within the Browse section in the Left Side Navigation. If you were to change this menu option to Toolbar Navigation you no longer have the "Views" listed within the menu.
The only way to get access to this would be go through the Configuration and change this back to Left Side Navigation.
We propose that we have the "Views" option available somewhere within the Toolbar Navigation menu.
