Update Password timeout

Trying to update a user's password, the network call to MIAdminUserAjax.i4 hangs for around a minute, then returns a 504 error.

Thank you for reaching out to us.

To investigate this further please could you send us a copy of your logs directory and a date and time stamp for when this error occurred?

The error 504 would match a network timeout as this is usually returned when a gateway timeout occurs. I would like to see if there is anything surrounding the call to MIAdminUserAjax.i4 that might indicate where the error has occurred.

Also, does this error occur for all users when you reset a password or for a specifc user only?

We figured it out. It was timing out trying to connect to our email service.
