Unable to run the Dashboard
Hi,
In our production environments we are getting some weird error while running dashboard.We can't get this dashboards to run. and I could not see any error in log.
When we run these dashboards we get the message:"Loading Dashboard... Please wait Please wait while your dashboard page loads." and no progress from there.
However if we click the back button on the browser and click on the selected dashboard again, then the dashboard appears straight away. Thats interim solution we have given to our client as of now.
Is there anything I can check now. We are getting this issue since yersterday and we have not done any deployments recently on those servers.

Not sure why it happened, I couldn't see anything in the log file.
Can you please check one option in the Content Settings -> Dashboard
Check the Report Loading, is it Sequential or Concurrent?
See how you go with it and let me know the outcome.
If you still have issues, if your Yellowfin is accessible on internet, please email me the login details. I will try to access it from here and see if I can find out the cause of the issue.
