Unable to create a Client Organization

Hi,
I currently have an issue when creating Client Organizations, after filling in the fields correctly and click save, I get re-directed to a blank page. The console and network tab tell me the page has responded and nothing more is being done, upon refresh I am shown an error message "You have tried to perform an action on a page that has already been processed."
I have already activated the client organization setting, is there anything I am doing wrong or needs to be setup?

I have some good news, we have fixed this bug and this is now available in our latest 7.4 20180712. Please see my video attached showing this.
