Unable to create a Client Organization

Hi,

I currently have an issue when creating Client Organizations, after filling in the fields correctly and click save, I get re-directed to a blank page. The console and network tab tell me the page has responded and nothing more is being done, upon refresh I am shown an error message "You have tried to perform an action on a page that has already been processed."

I have already activated the client organization setting, is there anything I am doing wrong or needs to be setup?

Hi Liam,

Thank you for providing the exact build. I have since replicated this within the versions of 7.3 and 7.4 20180515, with this I can then confirm that this is indeed a bug.

From my investigation I found that the problem lies with the time zone of GMT (+0:00) See my attached videos showing replication (and non replication. I have also been made aware that this is a known bug, and this has recently been fixed and due in our 7.4.6 build (hopefully due 13th July)

I hope this is ok Lee, I look forward to your views on this.

thank you for letting me know, is there any way around this where i can set up a client org?

Hi Liam,

We can still go ahead and create Client Orgs, although we can't create Client Orgs with the time zone of GMT (+0:00).

I'll keep this as Defect Logged until we can get confirmation this has been fixed.

I have some good news, we have fixed this bug and this is now available in our latest 7.4 20180712. Please see my video attached showing this.
