Text Widget Parameters
Idea Logged
Hi,
I'm using the Text Widget parameter on my canvas chart to display a date filter.
I'm using Predefined Date Periods for the date selection.
The default filter value for my report is the previous calendar month (Last Calendar Month)
When I run the report using the Predefined Date Periods, both raw and formatted option outputs the text representation of the date, "Last Calendar Month" for example.
However I would prefer to have the actual dates displayed like 01 Feb 2021 - 28 Feb 2021 instead.
This happens when I manually select the date range using custom.
I would like it to display the same for the Predefined Date Range as well.
Or is their another way to achieve the same result.
Regards,
Stephen
Hi Stephen,
Thank you for reaching out to us on this. I have been able to replicate this and I have reached out to our developers for some further guidance. At this stage I am not sure if this will be possible with the current features available, but if not, I will raise this as an enhancement for possible inclusion into a later release.
Cheers,
Neal
