Summarize Tooltip

Hello.
My question/idea is two-fold..
1.
It has been requested of me in several instances to be able to "Summarize" dollar amounts for Labels and Tooltips in various chart formats that do not have the ability to be summarized. The only thing I can summarize is the axis.
2.
In the charts (primarily numeric display) that allow summarizing, it would be nice to have some variability on what is shown (i.e. "MIL", instead of "m").

Yes. However, mine also has to do with summarizing actual values in the tooltip.
