Stop users from killing Java memory/CPU

There are scenarios where a user can create crazy report calculations, or huge charts which can bring the YF server down.
In these scenarios, it's an 'accident' as that amount of data is never something that is useful, so it's a matter of understanding best-practice, and using our data.
However it would be awesome if there was a way to stop this from occurring in the first place.
Maybe a warning, or memory limit under these scenarions.
