Show row count somewhere on tabular reports

currently you can only see the number of rows in a report if you add a custom widget to the report that displays a count, or if you have a report that naturally spans the pagination row count and exposes the pagination menu.

It would be nice if that row count existed for tabular reports. Most likely this would be an option that could be disabled.
