Defect Fixed

I just upgraded one of our customers 9.7.0.3-20211215 to 9.7.1-20220209. I needed the bug fix for the filter SYSDATE issue in share/broadcasts.

Now, our customer has lost several of the export format options except for PDF and LINK TO.

Defaults to HTML with no selection, but missing Word, HTML, and XLS format icons.
