Search User Groups via Client Org names

Would it be possible to use the search functionality to search for the user groups by their client org name.

For example - If we have 50+ client organisations and each organisation has a user group called 'YellowfinClient'

and I only want to add YellowfinClient User Group from one specific client org, it would be beneficial to be able to search the client organisation name instead of the user group name.
