Run Now button for broadcast

Hello,
I noticed that whenever a broadcast fails, a button "Run Now" appears to try to run the broadcast again but only for admin users:
Is there a way to activate this button for non-admin users?

Thanks for reaching out. After a considerable amount of role-option-A/B testing I've found the setting responsible for this:
Configuration > Configuration:
This is pretty much an all-or-nothing setting as this adds the entire Administration > Configuration section for the entire role so this is basically an Admin option, but yes, technically if you enable this setting on a non-Admin role, you'll then see the "Run now" option where you've specified.

Hi Alicia,
I can certainly submit an enhancement request for this and have gone ahead and done so. As such I've changed this to an Idea ticket as well.
