Report doesn't get refresh after Sql tables are refreshed

Hi Team,
PFA..
Report doesn't get refresh after Sql tables are refreshed
We have data in our tables for April Month but chart is not getting refreshed..
We have to manually go and edit each and every report to bring in data.
After any update in the table the dashboard/Reports doesn't get refresh
Demonstrated the same on call to Matt Wilson

After investigating this issue, I believe that there is a cache scheduled somewhere that we need to disable. In the dashboard setup, you can define when a report should be loaded:
What is this set to in your environment?
I will continue to look for other areas that might be affecting this but I think that this will be a good place to start.
