Record Count in Page Control Including Total Row

The record count in the page control appears to be counting the total row. This was brought up by a user that was relying on the count of records returned. On a separate report with no totals, the count was accurate.

Hi Jason,
In this case, the row total is the amount shown, since the total is added as a row.
If they need a different count, I would suggest creating a header report (may be just a numeric value chart), that aggregates the count of records and displays this as a large number at the top of the report. This will probably be a bit easier visually for them as well.

I should clarify; though, that the subtotals are being counted, but not the total.

Yes sorry that is what I meant, totals are not displayed as normal rows, but sub-totals are.
