Question regarding drill down

Hi,

I was trying to add the drill anywhere ability to the report below. It works well when accessed through the edit mode and viewed through the Design tab. But once the report is accessed through the dashboard or the browse option the drill anywhere feature does not work.

Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
