Problem with raster map, org ref codes and data containing (parenthesis)

I've defined org ref codes and made a raster code to plot parts of body where we have registered a report in our db. When plotting the data all fields (5 out of 35) containing parenthesis does not show in the raster map, like 'Stomach (Digestive)', see attached file Part of body result.

The process I've used was as per the video 'Training Webinar: Raster Maps in Yellowfin 7.1 - view it now!'.

Any ideas on how to get the data visible in the raster map?

Hi Roar,

Sorry for the delay here, we have been pretty swamped.

What are the reference "code" and "display" values for these? Can you scroll down your "ref code manager" image until these are visible and send me the results?

Thank you Roar,

I have been able to confirm that parenthesis will not register and have raised a defect to address it, however we are making a very large push for 7.4 so I am doubtful that this will be completed in the near future.

In the meantime I would suggest that you store your data without parenthesis (so it matches with the graph) and then use the "description" section of the reference code to control how the value is display in report.

Let me know if this makes sense.
