Organisation Client ID access filter not available in view

Cannot find the Access Filter settings for views when modelling. Client Orgs is activated in the system, and I have Client Orgs populated. Where is this located?

This is just my misunderstanding of how to access this.

Once done with Modelling, the Prepare step is where this is applied.
