Add an option for Report Action Menu toggle within each report on a Canvas

In v9 and using the standard dashboard layouts, reports can be maximised using the button on the right of the roll-over widget menu.

However, on canvas dashboards, you need to turn it on via the dashboard designer for the entire sub-tab. Please see the included screenshot.

Can we have a way to toggle it on a per-report basis?
