Log failure in Yellowfin DB (event table)
Idea Logged
When an item fails to launch, e.g. Report, Dashboard, Storyboard, we rely on the Yellowfin.log to capture this error. You then need to trace the error by date/time etc.
However, if we were able to drop an event in the Yellowfin DB, it means we can see the object failure, along with object ID, and not have to manually search through logs. Would make things so much easier.
