The email following the creation of a new license via the website is not being sent out.

Who was the licence email sent to, and what time was it sent?
I have just a licence to myself and it was sent successfully.
We normally send the license email to the customer, and cc our-self's.
On tuesday I sent a license email to a customer(MondorLG@tfg.co.za) and cc'd firstname.lastname@example.org which never arrived.
Also the updates/comments on this post has not been emailed to me. I stumbed upon it when I was loggin another call (my email address is email@example.com)
I just want to touch base to see if this has been resolved? I had similar issues yesterday with support email notifications. All appears to be well at my end. I look forward to your reply.
This is the first notification I received via email, since logging the call.
I guess it safe to assume its working now.
