Please suggest to the developers that this component of the interface be changed so all columns are visible at once.

while you are at it, there are a number of other dialogs in the application that are just too small - eg when creating a calculated field, the save button is just out of view and requires are small scroll to make it visible.
This drives me nuts, given how many times I use it. Surely someone internal must have noticed it too!!!
