Increase AccessFilterCode column width to prevent truncation errors

I've run into an issue which stems from the column width for the AccessFilterCode in the ReportFieldTemplate table.

Essentially if you have a long access filter name, or applying multiple access filters, and you reach the limit of 40 characters you will get a truncation error.

To ensure this doesn't happen again, can YF increase it to 255 out of the box or higher?

I've since increased it myself and got around it, but would be good to not have to configure the DB.
