Import View successfully but when I go to Edit everything is missing (no tables etc.)

I have imported my View (connected to identical datasource etc.) when i open / edit the view nothing is there - it is completely blank.
All of the tables and joins etc. are missing.
I can see everything in the XML?
Only difference is this is a newer version of YF than the version it was created in (now on 7.3)
