Hyperlink to child report continuing to work after an icon conditional format

Currently when a conditional format is applied with an icon, the hyperlink is removed and clicking won't go to the child report.
I like this idea

I've pulled out and created an enhancement for this idea. While I believe it might have simply been an omission in the design, it's worth getting the dev team to look into adding it in future.
