Support can provide guidelines (e.g. spec guides, suggestion on next steps, connect to the right resources) on system configuration, especially when it comes to performance testing.

I am not sure how familiar your are with Javascript, but I have been advised by our Technical Consultant that this should be pretty easy to get what you want working. You just need to change the processData() function to put the data in the structure google needs:

From:

Dim 1, Dim2, Dim 3, Dim 4, val

To:

Dim1, Dim2, val

Dim2, Dim3, val

Dim3, Dim4, val

If the above does not make any sense and you need someone to go through this with you, then I believe we would need to engage some form of paid services as this is outside of the support teams scope.
