I am new to yellowfin, how to calculate the percentage to total metrics
like sum(ColumnA(filter status=1))/sum(Column A)

There is an advanced function called "Percentage of Total" that you can apply to any metric column which should do what you are looking for.
As you mentioned that you are new to Yellowfin, have you had a chance to explore our learning materials such as the Wiki and University yet?
