How do I use Multicast

Hi I am working on 7.1 version.
I am trying to add an external email ID to broadcast. e have a multicast license for 100 cores. .
Multicast 100 4
It allows me to enter an email, but that email never received my report. Can you please help me with this one.
How to use the Multicast option?

Can I question what version/build you are currently running? With this I also want to question what Distribution settings you have in place, specifically relating to Email & Broadcast Security. Can you please refer to the below image and get back to me with these settings please;
I would also like to see what information you have within the "Schedule Management" section for this specific report you are trying to broadcast. I look forward to your reply.

The option to see the License Management information can be found within the menu located on the left under "Administration"
See below image:
We can also get information your License by using "info.jsp. This can be done by entering the following address:
http://<Servername>:<port no.>/info.jsp.
e.g. http://localhost:4141/info.jsp)
This aside I also want to know whether or not you looked at the options I gave to you in my original response. I look forward to your reply.
