How do I use Multicast

Hi I am working on 7.1 version.

I am trying to add an external email ID to broadcast. e have a multicast license for 100 cores. .

Multicast 100 4

It allows me to enter an email, but that email never received my report. Can you please help me with this one.

How to use the Multicast option?

I hope all is well,

Can I question what version/build you are currently running? With this I also want to question what Distribution settings you have in place, specifically relating to Email & Broadcast Security. Can you please refer to the below image and get back to me with these settings please;

I would also like to see what information you have within the "Schedule Management" section for this specific report you are trying to broadcast. I look forward to your reply.

Hi Mark,

Thank you for your reply.

I am using 7.0 and 7.2 version.

I could actually see the License Management on the 7.0 and am very familiar with that version, however when I logged in to the 7.2 version, I could not see the License management option for me to check if we had the license for Multicast.

I will look for more details and let you know.

Hi Padma,

Thank you for getting back to me.

The option to see the License Management information can be found within the menu located on the left under "Administration"

We can also get information your License by using "info.jsp. This can be done by entering the following address:

http://<Servername>:<port no.>/info.jsp.

e.g. http://localhost:4141/info.jsp)

This aside I also want to know whether or not you looked at the options I gave to you in my original response. I look forward to your reply.
