To my knowledge I have not seen this request within Yellowfin nor can I say we have sucesfully connected to Avaya. With this I will have this questioned within the correct department to see if we can get some answers. I hope this helps.

From your title I can see that you are referring to the "Call Centre" package within Avaya, with this to our understanding this uses SQL Server as its repository.
Can I question if your SQL Server db is on-premise, or hidden behind a network in the cloud?
