Global Default setting for Excel Exporting

We would like the option to set global defaults for all reports/dashboard when exporting to excel. As it stands the default settings are as follows:
We would like an option at configuration level just as we have with PDF Export Defaults to alter this.
I like this idea 
This is also an option that would assist us greatly. After the last version update all of our excel reports set back to the default which has caused massive issues for client broadcasts and exports with numbers.
