FTP broadcast CSV options

When exporting a CSV file to FTP, delimeter options are not presented like they are when exporting to a CSV file.
This is a big issue for some of our eurpoean customer who user the comma as a decimal point!
These customers use a semi-colon as their usual delimeter.
Action: when using the FTP option on CSV broadcast, use the options popup:
