Export to PDF/Word is causing multiple pages and lines

Hi Team,
We are having an issue with YF 7.3 build 20180418. When we export reports to pdf or Word format, we see extra pages are generated in the PDF and Word.
Certain reports when exported/printed .docx will have extra pages
Please refer to attached sample reports.
Let us know how to fix this issue.

this is a known issue (YFN-10971) and was fixed for 7.3.13 (20180730)
There was a workaround, although it didn't seem to work for all reports, however I'll let you know what it is just in case it works for you:
go to Report Formatting->Data->Records Per Page and set the value to 0.
