Interactive PDF can have the following features:
1- Easy to navigate
2- Easy to understand
3- Top navigation toolbar having different buttons allow you to navigate into the report
4- Easy drill down from one chart to another chart

Thanks for the idea and detailed info provided.
Interactive PDF's would be awesome and can add value to broadcasted reports, though at this point in time due to the complexity involved for supporting such a feature it is something that we cannot plan.
This idea will remain here on how community, so it's something we can still revisit in the future.
