Event Listener for Applied Bookmarks

The core requirement I have is to be able to save/bookmark drill states, but currently via custom code I can only do this for a default bookmark because the YF limitation is that I cannot listen for a bookmark applied event caused by the user applying a saved bookmark. This is the event listener I would like to have added.
