Error when setting custom email sender with blank space

After setting the custom email sender feature, it fails if I use a name that has a space E.g.


When I try to actually send the email I get an error:


The reason for this seems to be that the Sender name and Email address is the wrong way around.

If you configure it as follows, the email sends correctly from the address/name specified.


Can you please let me know when this will be fixed.

Hi Trevor,

I have replicated this issue and logged the defect on your behalf, I'll keep you posted with updates.

In the meantime, we have no choice but to not use spaces in this field.
