Erro ao conectar plugin do facebook com conta em Portugues Brasil

Quando conecto o plug do facebook em uma conta em portugues não esta funcionando.
A mensagem que aparece é:
Erro de fonte de dados de terceirosThe database is not yet populated! Please try in 20 minutes
OBS: Em uma conta de facebook em ingles está funcionando.

Thanks for posting your query.
I have tested connecting to Facebook.
If the Data is not populated, please goto Scheduled Management and then click on Refresh and wait until it gets the data.
I have attached couple of screenshots which has worked:

Error:
The Data is not populated when account facebook it is language facebook português Brazil.
Success:
Case facebook it is language english data is populated.
The application it is working ok when account english.
