Enable Raster Map Drill-through to use all report filters

I would like to be able to create a Drill-through on a Raster Map that includes all filters the standard hyperlink includes. For example, if I use Country in a world map as the hyperlink, but the report also has a Year based filter, when I click the report field Country, both the Year and Country are passed to the drill-through report. If I click on the Raster Map Country, only the Country is passed to the drill-through.
