Email retries

Hello,

Sometimes when doing email broadcasts, one of our YF instances experiences a timeout connecting to the SMTP host. This causes the broadcast to be abandoned.

We are currently on version 7.1.  Is there any retry configuration? Either in 7.1 or 7.4 or above?

Unfortunately this is not a feature of our more recent versions. But I have gone an raised this as an Idea. Ideas will be reviewed by our Product Team and chosen for Enhancements based on feasibility, level of positive impact to the user experience, and votes from the community. This post will be updated with any future information relevant to this process.
