Dynamic Date Dashboard Filters

Can we implement a manner in which to define a dynamic default date filter at a dashboard level?
At present it's only possible to define this as a static date.

Thanks for reaching out with your Idea. There is a manner in which this can be accomplished at present, by inheriting the default filter values from reports.
If you configure a default filter value such as shown below:
at a report level, it's inherited by default at the dashboard level:
I do feel this is a good Idea for future development and have submitted this as an Enhancement Request. You can monitor this post for further information regarding this.
