Dropdown option instead of Scrollbar for multiple sub tabs

As it stands our Dashboards that contain multiple sub tabs produce a scrollbar. We would like to propose that we have the option to replace scroll bars with a drop down option showing a list of all the sub tabs.

See image attached... You can see at the end of the Dashboard the dropdown, listing all the sub tabs.
