Discussion Stream Email Notification - More Detail

Having received a email notification making users aware that something (discussion) has been shared we only have the options to see who shared it then a link to login and view.

Can we have more information within this so we can tie it to that specific discussion shared. When signing in taking you to this discussion would also be ideal.
