Disabling certain options within Broadcast

We would like to have some selectable options (on/off) for Broadcasts.
As you can see from the below image we have a few areas of which a selectable. We would like to have the option to enable/disable these so that users only see what we want them to see.
Maybe this could be added to the Roles section in the Admin Console?
