Differentiate between trend line and original field in tooltip

It would be nice if there were something in the tooltip that would allow for differentiation between a field, and a derived value based on that field, such as average.

Yup that makes complete sense, we have logged the idea, though unfortunately we do not have an ETA on when it can be implemented.
